>Today you're walking out to a special place >You take this walk everyday, it's one of the things you always look forward to each and every single time you get up in the morning >You always make sure to make lunch for two people as you would go and meet someone there >She's a very important person to you, she is, after all, the love of your life >Her name is Yozakura >You had met her on top of a hill one day while looking for a place to watch the cherry blossoms bloom >She was sitting there right next to the only tree on the hill >The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and it made her appearance there all the more special, it was an image you would never forget no matter how long you lived >It was from there that you two fell in love and were inseparable from that day on >The memories you have shared with her always flooded your mind as you made the walk out to your special spot with her >It was a long trip out to that hill but you never minded, you knew that what was waiting there for you was always worth it >As you walk out there, you pass by all the familiar places in town that you had taken her out on dates >You would pass by the little bakery where they sold her favorite little cakes that she had loved so much >You passed by the shopping center that you went lingerie shopping at with her because hers would always get damaged by her line of work. She always insisted that you wait outside but you couldn't help yourself and would always peek in on her, wanting to see what piece of clothing she would make look good >The trail would take you around the school that she had went to to become a shinobi, something that surprised you when you first found out. You had met all of her friends there and they were extremely nice. They would tease you two constantly about how you two made the perfect husband and wife even though you weren't married. The teasisng always put a smile on your face because you really did want to marry this girl someday. >The trail you would go down always brought back these memories and they warmed your heart. They were some of the happiest time you could remember with her >It was a bit past noon as you finally made it to your destination >You were happy to see that the tree hadn't bloomed yet meaning that you and her would get to see it together again >You had set the blanket under the tree and brought out lunch, and decided to steal a quick bite, that walk took a lot out of you >After getting nice and relaxed, you were happy to wait for her there while staring at all of the scenery around >The little bit of country side you were at was very beautiful so you didn't mind waiting there for her as you basked in the sheer beauty and simplicity of the view you had >When you two got married someday, you would want to build her a small house out here for the both of you and the kids you wanted >You would always think of making it bigger each year as more people were added to the house, not just your own children, but her siblings as well as you knew they were special to her and you wanted to make sure you could accommodate for them >The thought of it all would make you happier by the second knowing you could help Yozakura make the family she wanted. She always told you that she wanted a big one as that's how she had imagined a family should be >These thoughts swirled your mind as you got caught up in them thinking of the perfect future for you two >You had sat there thinking for awhile before you had realized that the sun had started setting >You weren't upset that she hadn't shown up yet as you knew she was busy >Sitting there for that long had made you sleepy so you decided to take a nap >As you faded off into dreamland your thoughts were still centered on Yozakura, knowing that you two would have fun watching the tree blossom again ------------------------- >You wake up a bit later and as you rub the dreariness from your eyes, you find Yozakura sitting there in front of you just like the very first time you had ever seen her >She was just as beautiful as the day you first laid eyes on her, and the sight of it all started making you tear up with happiness knowing that she had finally shown up >"You're finally awake Anon! Here, come sit over here with me so we can watch it start blooming!" >You scootch yourself over and take a seat right next to her >As soon as you sit down you see the cherry blossoms bloom and the sight is nothing short of miraculous >You had found true happiness, getting to sit here with Yozakura and watch the tree bloom like the first time you had met >You decided it was now or never to tell her how you felt >"Yozakura, I don't ever want you to leave my side again, so please let me stay with you forever!" >You had leaned in to kiss her and she fully reciprocated it for she had loved you too >"Thank you Anon, I feel the same way. I never want to be separated from you ever again." >"Now come on Anon, let's go back home together." >As she says this, she get's up and holds out a hand for you to help pull you up >It takes a lot of effort for you to get up as you have her hand you your cane, your joints a bit weak >You finally get up and hold hand with her as you two walk off into the sunset ------------------------- >Two days later, people had noticed you had gone missing and so sent out a search party looking for you >When they finally found you, you were sitting there, laying under the cherry blossom tree as it was in full bloom >The people who found you were shocked because the tree had died several years ago, there was no way for it to have bloomed >But there it was in full glory, as if something had brought it back to life just for this one last time >You had a soft smile on your face as they found you >You had passed away two days ago when you decided to close your eyes >The people had decided to bury you under that tree >The hill now had two headstones sitting under the cherry blossom tree >One that read: "Yozakura - Age 19 - Passed away in the line of work" >The one right next to it saying: "Anon - Age 90 - Passed away from a broken heart waiting for his love to return"
